    About the role#

    The Global Technical Operations (GTO) team is seeking engineering co-ops to join the Wound Closure & Healing and Biosurgery platforms. In this role, you will support activities related to new product development, process qualification, equipment design, and manufacturing process changes. You will work directly with professional engineers and gain exposure to the end-to-end supply chain.

    What you'll do#

    • Write and execute process development protocols and reports.
    • Organize and submit process development samples for testing.
    • Collect, analyze, and report process data.
    • Collaborate with external suppliers to support key projects.
    • Lead small technical projects and process changes.

    What you'll need#

    • Enrollment in an accredited college or university, having completed at least your first year of undergraduate studies.
    • A minimum 3.0 GPA.
    • Majors in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Excel.
    • Ability to work individually and as part of a team while managing multiple projects.
    • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

    • Location: Raritan, New Jersey.
    • Modality: On-site.
    • Terms available: Winter 2027, Summer 2027, or Fall 2027.
    • Transportation: You must have reliable transportation to and from work daily.
    • Employment status: This is a paid, full-time position.
