About the role#
As an analyst in Asset Management Investments, you will work alongside portfolio managers, traders, research analysts, and client advisors. You will help develop and execute investment strategies for a diverse range of clients across various asset classes, including equities, fixed income, real assets, hedge funds, and private equity. The program begins in New York with an introduction to the firm and its business strategies before you join a specific investment products team.

What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (No MBA) at a college or university in the U.S.
- Expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong quantitative skills and a passion for investing.
- Exceptional organizational skills and multitasking ability.
- Strong initiative, energy, and confidence.
- Good judgment and discretion with confidential information.
- A background in financial accounting, financial analysis, or mathematics is a plus.
- A genuine interest in financial markets, investing, and macro-level economics.
