About the role#
This full-time Analyst program prepares you for a career in wealth management within the LatAm Private Bank. You will gain exposure to investments, lending, banking, and estate planning while working with clients across Mexico, Central America, South America, and Brazil. The program starts with a five-week global training session to build your technical skills and professional network. You will receive ongoing mentorship and development throughout the program.
What you'll do#
- Work with teams to understand client needs and examine market activities to develop financial strategies.
- Collaborate with bankers, investment specialists, and lending teams to conduct research and analysis.
- Participate in learning sessions and mentorship to build your professional expertise.
- Support the development of products and respond to client requirements as part of a solutions team.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, along with cultural knowledge of the relevant regions.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- A desire to work with external clients in a relationship building and sales capacity.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain discretion with confidential information.
- An interest in financial markets and economic trends.

- This is a paid, on-site program beginning in Summer 2027.
- Locations include New York, NY, Miami, FL, and Houston, TX.
