About the role#
The Global Private Bank Advisor Program is a full-time analyst position designed to build expertise in wealth management. You will join a team of bankers, investment specialists, and lending experts to support client relationships. The program begins with a five-week immersive global training session to help you build technical skills and professional networks. You will receive ongoing formal and informal training throughout the duration of the program.
What you'll do#
- Work alongside advisors and specialists to acquire new clients and support existing ones.
- Deliver customized solutions to help clients manage, protect, and grow their wealth.
- Gain exposure to investments, lending, banking, and trust and estate planning.
- Network across the firm to explore internal opportunities and career paths.
- Participate in program initiatives and development activities.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting (excluding MBA).
- Expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Currently enrolled at a college or university in the U.S.
- Genuine interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trends.
- Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
