About the role#
This nine-week summer internship offers hands-on experience in the Corporate Analyst Development Program. You will work on projects that influence business outcomes and gain exposure to senior stakeholders. The program focuses on three core disciplines: analytics, project management, and process improvement. This role is not aligned with front-office, client-facing, or software engineering positions. High-performing analysts may receive an offer for the two-year, full-time rotational program.
What you'll do#
- Explore data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Support decision-making through structured problem solving.
- Support the delivery of projects that drive business priorities.
- Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Use data to understand root causes and inform solutions.
- Coordinate across teams to keep work on track and communicate updates.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a B.A., B.S., or 5th-year M.A./M.S. with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or June 2028.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated interest in data, analytics, AI, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and business tools.
- Ability to collaborate and influence across teams.
