About the role#
This full-time analyst position is part of the Global Private Bank Investment Solutions Program. You will join a team of bankers, investment specialists, and wealth advisors to develop customized wealth management solutions for clients. The program begins with a five-week immersive global training session and continues with ongoing professional development. You will gain exposure to investments, lending, banking, and estate planning while working with specialists across asset classes like equities, fixed income, and commodities.
What you'll do#
- Join incoming analysts from around the world to learn about the firm and business operations.
- Build technical and professional skills through formal and informal training.
- Conduct research and analysis using proprietary models.
- Assist with product development and portfolio construction.
- Hear from senior executives and build global networks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor or Master degree program at a U.S. college or university.
- Expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Genuine interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trends.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in teams and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Majors in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science are preferred.
