About the role#
Keesler Federal Credit Union is hiring a Development Intern to join our team of programmers and analysts. You will work on mission-critical enterprise applications and data warehouse services. This role provides hands-on experience with Robotics Process Automation (RPA) and strategies for enhancing our digital presence. You will learn about Jack Henry products, Microsoft SQL Server, C#, Python, REST/SOAP APIs, and UiPath.
What you'll do#
- Follow development patterns to implement changes using onsite tools.
- Research and develop software solutions.
- Solve routine software and usability problems.
- Collaborate with vendors and team members to address business needs.
- Provide statistics and measurements.
- Handle administrative tasks including help desk tickets, documentation, and department meetings.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as at least a sophomore in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering.
- Completion of several core software development classes.
- Knowledge of relational databases.
- Strong communication skills, organization, and motivation.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site, full-time, paid internship located in Biloxi, Mississippi.
- The term is rolling.
- We do not offer work visa sponsorship.
