About the role#
This summer internship with the Institutional Capital Group (ICG) at KeyBank focuses on the capital and banking needs of public and private REITs, real estate operating companies, and private equity firms. The program runs for 10.5 weeks, from May 26, 2027, to August 6, 2027. It serves as a pipeline for full-time Analyst positions upon graduation.
What you'll do#
- Research economic conditions and market trends.
- Develop strategic contact databases.
- Perform neighborhood, industry, and prospective tenant research.
- Conduct field research and prepare marketing materials.
- Complete a Capstone Project based on your internship experience.
What you'll need#
- Completed at least two years of a four-year undergraduate degree program.
- Coursework in finance, real estate, or a related field.
- Anticipated graduation date on or before May 2028.
- A minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.3.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and financial acumen.
Location & details#
- Location: 225 Franklin Street, Boston, Massachusetts.
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Compensation: $27 per hour plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus.
- Employment Status: Full-time.
