About the role#
The Real Estate Capital Internship within the Income Property Group (IPG) is a 10.5-week program based in Boston. This role serves as a pipeline for full-time Analyst positions. You will work on projects that support the financing of commercial, healthcare, and multifamily real estate assets. The program includes mentorship, networking opportunities, and a Capstone Project.
What you'll do#
- Research economic conditions and market trends.
- Build strategic contact databases.
- Conduct neighborhood, industry, and prospective tenant research.
- Perform field research and prepare marketing materials.
- Complete a Capstone Project based on your internship experience.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least two years toward a four-year undergraduate degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Anticipated graduation date on or before May 2028.
- A minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.3.
- Demonstrated teamwork and leadership through extracurricular activities.
Location & details#
- Location: Boston, Massachusetts.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 26, 2027 to August 6, 2027).
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Compensation: $27 per hour plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus.
- Employment Status: This is a full-time internship. Please note that sponsorship for employment visas is not available for this role.
