About the role#
This 10.5-week internship provides hands-on experience in the wealth management industry. You will work with the Key Investment Services team to support financial planning and client services. The program includes mentorship, coaching, and opportunities to participate in enterprise learning labs and networking events.
What you'll do#
- Partner with a Private Client Advisor to gain direct industry experience.
- Participate in client discovery and financial planning, including data entry and analysis.
- Observe client meetings and provide administrative support.
- Digitize client files and verify contact information.
- Collaborate on a group capstone project.
- Manage Salesforce records and assist with client event planning.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a four-year or graduate-level degree with an expected graduation date by May 2029.
- Focused coursework in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, or Business Administration.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data.
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork through work or extracurricular activities.
- Preference is given to candidates participating in the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) program.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

- Compensation: $23 per hour with a $2,000 sign-on bonus.
