About the role#
The People & Culture team manages the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of our staff, including coaches and interns. We are looking for an intern to support these human resources functions during the school year. You will report to the Senior Employee Relations Coordinator or the Director of Recruitment and Partnerships.
What you'll do#
- Review resumes within our application tracking system.
- Conduct pre-screen calls with potential candidates.
- Coordinate schedules to arrange group interviews.
- Update job postings and track application volume for each listing.
- Complete reference checks and gather necessary employment paperwork.
- Assist with general People & Culture tasks, such as event planning and team documentation.
What you'll need#
- Recent college graduate or current Master’s degree student in a field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or Communications.
- Interest in digital marketing, sports, business development, and the youth education industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
