About the role#
We are looking for an organized intern to support our Program Management team. This role involves assisting with communications, working with schools and families, and supporting our daily operations. You will gain insight into how school and sports programs function internally while working directly with the youth of New York City.
What you'll do#
- Conduct regular development calls to identify and cultivate potential leads.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth.
- Design and administer surveys to assess program effectiveness and analyze the results.
- Maintain detailed records of all development activities.
- Commit to specific timeframes to be present at program locations for hands-on involvement.
What you'll need#
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Experience in sports-based youth development.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to commute throughout all five boroughs of New York City.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Communications.

- This internship is located in New York, New York.
- This is an on-site, unpaid position for the Fall 2026 term.
