    About the role#

    Kimley-Horn is hiring an Electrical Engineering Intern for our Frisco, Texas office. This is a full-time, on-site, paid internship for Summer 2027. You will work with our Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing team on projects like airports, facilities, and universities.

    What you'll do#

    • Use technical software to analyze, produce, and quality check project deliverables.
    • Solve complex problems and assist project managers with daily tasks.
    • Support the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing team on large scale HVAC design.
    • Learn federal, state, and local regulations along with company standards.
    • Perform general mechanical engineering tasks as needed.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently pursuing an ABET accredited Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
