About the role#
Kimley-Horn is seeking Electrical Engineering students for an internship in our Chicago office. This is a full-time, on-site position. You will work with our Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing team on a variety of projects including airports, universities, and facilities.
What you'll do#
- Use technical software to analyze, create, and check project deliverables.
- Solve engineering problems while working with project managers and other disciplines.
- Learn federal, state, and local regulations along with internal company procedures.
- Assist with mechanical engineering tasks as needed.
- Contribute to large scale HVAC design projects.
What you'll need#
- You must be currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited program.
