About the role#
Kroll is hiring an intern for our Transaction Opinions practice. This team provides independent fairness, solvency, and debt opinions for boards of directors, special committees, and private equity firms. You will work on various M&A transactions, capital raises, and corporate spin-offs while gaining direct exposure to senior management and board members.
What you'll do#
- Support financial modeling and analytics for deal teams.
- Present financial models and analysis to senior professionals during technical reviews.
- Conduct research and due diligence on companies, industries, and competitors.
- Help develop proposals and advice for current and prospective clients.
- Manage multiple tasks across different engagements.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
- An expected graduation date between December 2027 and August 2028.
- A major GPA of 3.2 or higher.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Current authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site position based in New York, New York.
- The role is full-time and paid at a rate of $20 to $35 per hour.
- This is a rolling internship.
