About the role#
Kroll is hiring an intern for our Transaction Opinions practice. You will work with our Global Financial Advisory team to provide fairness, solvency, and debt opinions for boards of directors, special committees, and private equity partners. This role provides direct exposure to senior management teams and stakeholders across various transaction types, including M&A, capital raises, and corporate spin-offs.
What you'll do#
- Support transaction opinion deal teams with financial modeling and analytics.
- Conduct research and due diligence on companies, industries, markets, and competitors.
- Present financial models and detailed analysis to senior professionals during technical reviews.
- Assist in developing and communicating proposals and advice for clients.
- Maintain high quality in all deliverables through careful attention to detail.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Graduation date between December 2027 and August 2028.
- A major GPA of 3.2 or higher.
- Completion of at least four Junior or Senior level courses in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple assignments.
- Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
