About the role#
This is a 12-week, paid internship designed to provide hands-on experience in retail business and leadership. You will work within our store management team to support daily operations and contribute to store goals. As you gain experience, you will take on more responsibility, including leading store shifts and making decisions that affect store performance.
What you'll do#
- Play an active role in daily store operations.
- Deliver customer service to guests.
- Help maintain a high-performing store environment.
- Contribute to team meetings.
- Participate in store audits and support administrative functions.
- Prioritize tasks to support team objectives.
What you'll need#
- Currently working toward a 2 or 4 year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Term: Summer 2026.
- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: This is a full-time role. Hours may vary based on workload, with a minimum of 20 hours per week required.
