About the role#
This is a paid, 12-week internship based in Saint Peter, Minnesota. It provides hands-on experience in retail management and business operations. You will work on-site to build leadership skills while supporting the daily functions of a store.
What you'll do#
- Take an active role in daily store operations.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests.
- Help maintain a high-performing store environment.
- Contribute to team meetings and store audits.
- Support various operational and administrative functions.
- Take on increased responsibilities, such as leading store shifts and making decisions that affect store success.
What you'll need#
- You are currently working toward a 2 or 4 year degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work as a team player.
