About the role#
This is a paid, 12-week internship based in Winona, Minnesota. You will gain hands-on experience in retail operations and leadership. You will work with the store team to support business goals and take on increased responsibility over time, including leading store shifts and making decisions that impact store success.
What you'll do#
- Play an active role in daily store operations.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Help maintain a high-performing environment.
- Contribute to team meetings.
- Participate in store audits.
- Support operational and administrative functions.
What you'll need#
- You are actively working toward a 2 or 4 year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- You have strong oral and written communication skills.
- You are comfortable using Microsoft Office products.
- You are self-motivated and able to work independently.
- You have strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Term: Summer 2026.
- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: You must be able to work at least 20 hours per week, with potential for up to 40 hours during school breaks. We offer flexibility for school schedules.
