About the role#
This is a paid, full-time Mechanical Engineering internship based on-site in Rochester, New York. The schedule follows a 9/80 format, where you work 80 hours over 9 days and have every other Friday off.
What you'll do#
- Provide mechanical engineering support for new product development.
- Assist with factory support for existing products.
- Collaborate with mechanical designers on CAD models and part documentation.
- Generate and process engineering change orders.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's, master's, or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, Materials Science Engineering, or a related field.
- Completion of your sophomore year or currently in your junior year.
- Exposure to CAD or analysis tools like FEA.
- Experience with mechanical design or analysis of electronic systems, structures, and mechanisms.

- Location: Rochester, New York.

- Salary: $24.00 - $28.50 per hour.
