About the role#
LearningRx is looking for graduate students in psychology to join our team as a Brain Trainer. You will work one-on-one with students of all ages to help them improve cognitive skills like memory, attention, and processing speed. This is a part-time position focused on delivering evidence-based training in a supportive environment.
What you'll do#
- Provide one-on-one cognitive training sessions.
- Implement personalized training plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Deliver engaging sessions using various techniques and tools.
- Monitor, document, and report on client progress.
- Create an atmosphere of support and excitement for students.
- Challenge and motivate students while celebrating their achievements with families.
What you'll need#
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
- Strong cognitive, reading, and spelling skills.
- A positive, coach-like attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to learn and process information quickly.
- Willingness to complete our unique brain training certification.
- Availability to work at least three weekdays between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m.
- Availability to work Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

- Compensation: Starting pay is $19.00 per hour with potential for advancement up to $25.00 per hour for Master Trainers.
