    About the role#

    As a Cognitive Trainer, you will work one-on-one with students of various ages to improve their cognitive abilities. This role involves implementing personalized training plans designed to enhance memory, attention, and processing speed. You will help clients achieve their goals in a supportive and energetic environment.

    What you'll do#

    • Deliver cognitive training sessions using specific techniques and tools.
    • Implement personalized training plans tailored to individual client needs.
    • Challenge and motivate students while creating an atmosphere of support.
    • Monitor and document client progress through regular feedback.
    • Maintain accurate records of sessions and progress reports.
    • Celebrate achievements with students and their families.

    What you'll need#

    • A minimum of a bachelor degree, preferably in Psychology.
    • Strong reading and spelling skills.
    • A positive, coach-like attitude and a desire to help others.
    • Ability to learn and process information quickly.
    • High motivation and a willingness to be trained in our methods.
    • Strong cognitive skills.

    Location & details#

    • Location: Vienna, Virginia.
    • Schedule: Must be available at least two weekdays between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m., plus either Saturday or Sunday.
    • This is a paid, part-time position with a rolling term.
