About the role#
As an Assistant Coordinator, you will support the Lil' Kickers program in Duluth. You will help maintain a safe and structured environment for children between 18 months and 7 years old as they participate in clinics, leagues, and camps.
What you'll do#
- Greet customers and welcome participants to class.
- Explain program rules and policies to children and their parents.
- Handle customer service inquiries about the program.
- Enforce safety rules for all participants.
- Assist with weekly staff management and organization.
- Support coaches during their training sessions.
- Distribute marketing materials for each session.
What you'll need#
- A willingness to be a hard worker and a team player.
- Clear communication skills for interacting with supervisors and customers.
- Enrollment in a degree program related to Sports Management, Recreation, Education, Business, Marketing, or Early Childhood Education.
- Prior experience in coaching or early childhood education is helpful but not required.

- This is a full-time, paid position with a rolling term.
