About the role#
The Insights Analyst role is a full-time internship for the Winter 2027 term. You will join the Strategic Insights team to help identify human needs and guide business strategy. This position involves supporting multi-method research projects from initial scoping through to final production. You will work on projects that reflect the products and services offered to our customers.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate research activities and develop project timelines.
- Organize the flow of research projects from development to delivery.
- Assist the Manager, Strategic Insights and internal stakeholders with executing consumer research.
- Analyze data tables, transcripts, and reports to identify trends and insights.
- Create PowerPoint presentations to share findings with internal stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Business, Market Research, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or related program.
- Strong research, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- A keen interest in consumer shopping behaviors and a drive to find trends in data.

- Location: Brampton, Ontario.
- Term: January 6, 2027, to April 16, 2027.
- Work Modality: Hybrid, with four days in the office and one day remote per week.
- Compensation: Paid position with a salary range of $35,100 to $65,700 per year.
