About the role#
This is a full-time co-op position for the Winter 2027 term, running from January 6, 2027, to August 20, 2027. You will join the Loyalty team to support the delivery of digital promotional offers on the PC Optimum app. This role involves collaboration with vendors, media partners, and internal operations teams to maintain high standards for our customers.
What you'll do#
- Manage the end-to-end process for promotional offers, including intake, setup, and quality assurance.
- Perform live validation of offers and conduct post-analysis to measure performance.
- Support ongoing process improvements and resolve operational issues as they arise.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality experience for both vendors and customers.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a program related to Business Administration, Marketing, or Operations Management.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, resourceful, and self-starting approach to your work.
- You must be 18 years of age or older to qualify for this position.
Location & details#
- Location: Toronto, Ontario.
- Work Modality: Hybrid. You will work from the office four days per week, with the option to work remotely for one day.
- Compensation: The annual salary range for this role is $35,100 to $65,700, depending on your experience and academic level.
