About the role#
As a Personal Shopper Student at Fortinos, you will fulfill customer e-commerce orders. You will ensure accuracy and quality while providing a helpful shopping experience. This is a unionized, part-time position.
What you'll do#
- Provide great customer service by answering questions and maintaining a positive store environment.
- Shop for customers by accurately filling orders with quality products.
- Scan items and process transactions using cash, credit, debit, and gift cards.
- Contact customers to confirm order details or discuss product substitutions.
What you'll need#
- You are a team player with strong attention to detail.
- You are driven and capable of working independently.
- You are resourceful and courteous when helping customers.
- You are motivated to learn new tasks.
- No previous experience is required as we provide training.
- You must be able to move up to 50lbs and remain in constant mobility for your entire shift.
- You have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

- Compensation: $17.60 to $19.85 per hour.
