About the role#
As a Personal Shopper, you will fulfill e-commerce orders for customers. This role is focused on efficiency and accuracy to provide a high-quality shopping experience. You will work as part of the team at Your Independent Grocer in Vancouver.
What you'll do#
- Assist customers with general questions and maintain a positive store environment.
- Fill customer orders by selecting quality products.
- Process transactions accurately using cash, debit, credit, and gift cards.
- Contact customers to confirm order details or discuss product substitutions.
What you'll need#
- Flexibility to work various shifts including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and remain mobile for your entire shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a resourceful approach to solving customer questions.
- No previous experience is required as we provide full training.
Location & details#
- This is a part-time, on-site position located at 349 W Georgia St, Vancouver, BC.
- This role is open to students pursuing majors such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Logistics, or Agriculture.
- Candidates aged 18 or older must complete a criminal background check.
