About the role#
As a Personal Shopper, you fulfill customer e-commerce orders with accuracy and attention to detail. You contribute to a positive shopping experience by managing orders and assisting customers directly. This is a part-time, unionized position.
What you'll do#
- Shop for customers by filling orders with quality products.
- Help customers with general questions and maintain a positive environment.
- Scan products and process transactions using cash, credit, debit, and gift cards.
- Contact customers to confirm order details or discuss product substitutions.
What you'll need#
- Flexibility to work various hours including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and remain in constant motion for your entire shift.
- No previous experience is required as we provide training.
- A detail-oriented approach and the ability to work independently.

- Location: Burlington, Ontario.

- Starting Pay: $17.60 per hour.
