About the role#
The Risk Solutions internship is a 10-week program for students to learn about the insurance industry from a broker perspective. You will work within various specialty teams, contribute to real client projects, and grow your professional skills alongside our associates.
What you'll do#
- Partner with account teams on key initiatives and daily servicing projects for new and renewal business.
- Attend off-site carrier visits and client presentations.
- Contribute to client satisfaction and work to improve service levels.
- Communicate professionally to maintain a cohesive work environment.
- Protect the confidentiality of all client and company information.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student with a graduation date in Spring 2028 or Fall/Winter 2027.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- Strong skills in customer service, project management, and communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing needs.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time, on-site position located in St. Louis, Missouri.
- The internship takes place during Summer 2027.
