About the role#
As a Technical Program Management Intern, you will learn to understand the technical requirements and business goals behind our programs. You will work across various tools to drive the execution of delivery plans. Interns are placed within teams across Mastercard Technology, such as Network Gateway Engineering, Open Banking Global Operations, or Global Market Technology. You will conceptualize and drive multiple simultaneous projects to deliver engineering work within a scrum model.
What you'll do#
- Conceptualize, rationalize, and drive multiple simultaneous projects to deliver engineering work across the portfolio.
- Contribute to strategies, design choices, and cloud infrastructure to build achievable execution plans.
- Drive the execution of features through the full stack or manage projects that span multiple teams and integrations.
- Understand the technical and business context to drive the delivery plan for your program.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors degree program with an anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and June 2029.
- Preferred fields of study include Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Finance, engineering management, or information systems.
- Experience breaking down problems, organizing work, planning sprints, and delivering work in agile delivery models.
- A track record of data driven decision-making and applying continuous improvement methodologies across teams.
- Ability to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
