    About the role#

    Mauldin & Jenkins is hiring an Administrative Intern for our Albany office. This role offers an opportunity to gain experience within a regional accounting firm. This is a paid, full-time position.

    What you'll do#

    You will manage daily office operations and logistics. Your responsibilities include:

    • Sorting incoming mail and collecting outgoing mail from offices.
    • Metering mail and recording postage costs for client billing.
    • Managing the production room and keeping it organized.
    • Delivering packages to drop boxes and visiting the Post Office, FedEx, or UPS store.
    • Picking up or dropping off documents at client locations.
    • Monitoring office supply inventory and restocking the break room.
    • Maintaining paper levels in office copiers and printers.
    • Assisting with the scanning of client documents.
    • Running general firm errands.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a college degree program, preferably in Business Administration.

    • This role is located in Albany, Georgia.
    • Work is performed on-site.
    • The position is available on a rolling basis.
