About the role#
This position supports the Human Anatomy instructors at Messiah University. You will work directly in the cadaver lab to assist with dissections, lab maintenance, and research. This is a paid, on-site role for the Fall 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Assist instructors with cadaver dissections (30% of time).
- Manage post-lab cleanup (30% of time).
- Conduct research duties (20% of time).
- Prepare the laboratory, including setting up equipment, software, and chemical solutions (10% of time).
- Help maintain a safe work environment for all students and staff (10% of time).
- Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.
What you'll need#
- You must have completed or be currently enrolled in the cadaver-based anatomy course at the Messiah PT program.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivation and basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to wear scrubs as required by the lab environment.
- Training is provided for all tasks.
