About the role#
This summer internship offers hands-on experience in workforce operations, labor data management, and scheduling. You will work alongside field teams and internal departments to support employee engagement, recruitment sourcing, and employer branding. This role is designed as a learning experience for those interested in Human Resources and Workforce Management.
What you'll do#
- Identify and resolve barriers related to scheduling, bench management, and employee conversion.
- Research local markets to find new talent sourcing opportunities.
- Visit job sites to promote employee referral programs and follow up on those referrals to improve hiring conversion.
- Engage with field teams to pinpoint training and development needs.
- Document operational challenges like scheduling gaps or turnover and recommend solutions to management.
What you'll need#
- An interest in Human Resources, People Operations, and Workforce Management.
- Ability to work on-site in Atlanta.
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources.
