About the role#
This summer internship provides hands-on experience in recruitment operations, candidate engagement, and employer branding. You will support the Talent Acquisition team throughout the hiring process while developing foundational HR skills.
What you'll do#
- Review applications and screen candidates.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and managers.
- Manage candidate progress and updates within the ATS.
- Handle candidate emails and inquiries.
- Post job openings across digital recruiting and social media platforms.
- Source passive candidates through focused networking.
- Assist with interviews and hiring events.
- Support employer branding efforts through social media and outreach.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student or status as an individual seeking practical, real-world experience in Human Resources.
Location & details#
- Location: Atlanta, Georgia.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Status: Full-time, on-site, and paid.
