    About the role#

    This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based at our Piedmont facility near Greenville, South Carolina. You will work on-site in an industrial plant environment, contributing to projects that improve our manufacturing processes and digital solutions.

    What you'll do#

    • Use lean methodologies and DMAIC tools to find improvements in ergonomics, safety, quality, and efficiency.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, justify, and implement your recommendations.
    • Analyze material flows from the market to assembly lines to optimize labor, inventory levels, and space.
    • Evaluate and improve existing digital solutions.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment as a full-time student at an accredited four-year college or university.
    • A major in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Computer, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering, or Computer Science.
    • A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • A willingness to work in an industrial plant environment.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team setting and interact professionally with colleagues and partners.
    • Authorization to work in the United States on an ongoing, indefinite basis. We do not provide immigration sponsorship for this role.
