    About the role#

    As a Product Yield Enhancement Intern, you will work on bringing next generation DRAM devices from design to mass production. This role acts as a bridge between Research and Development, Manufacturing, Product Engineering, and Global Quality teams. The internship lasts for 3 months and focuses on providing hands-on experience with memory systems and the product life cycle.

    What you'll do#

    • Perform detailed electrical and physical failure analysis on DRAM devices.
    • Identify specific defects caused by the semiconductor fabrication process.
    • Use statistical analysis, AI-assisted engineering tools, and automation workflows to mine data.
    • Determine the root cause of failure mechanisms.
    • Share your findings with Management, Product, Process, and Test Engineering teams.

    What you'll need#

    • You must be pursuing at least a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or Materials Science.
    • Your expected graduation date must be on or after September 1st, 2027.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
    • Coursework in VLSI, semiconductor process, device physics, statistics, or Python is helpful but not mandatory.

    • This position is located in Boise, Idaho.
    • The role is full-time and on-site.
    • This is a paid internship.
