About the role#
As an MBA Summer Associate at Momentum, you will work directly with senior leadership on high-impact initiatives. You will help solve operational challenges, develop strategic recommendations, and drive projects from concept through execution. This role is designed for students seeking meaningful ownership and exposure to executive decision-making during the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and lead operational improvement initiatives.
- Support enterprise transformation by tracking milestones and coordinating across functional teams.
- Analyze complex data sets to produce executive-ready insights and presentations.
- Conduct market and competitive research to inform strategic planning.
- Build dashboards and reporting tools to increase visibility into business performance.
- Work alongside leaders in Finance, Operations, Technology, and HR.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time MBA program with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- A GPA of 3.5 or above.
- Experience or a strong interest in designing AI-driven workflows.
- Strong data analysis and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Majors in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, or Operations Management are preferred.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is based on-site in Dallas, Texas, five days per week.
