About the role#
Mosaic Pediatric Therapy is hiring for a Behavior Analysis Practicum in Henrico, Virginia. This full-time, paid position supports clinicians pursuing their BCBA certification. You will balance direct service hours with supervised fieldwork to complete your requirements while working in a clinic setting.
What you'll do#
- Implement ABA interventions and Behavior Intervention Plans for children with autism.
- Engage in applied practice across assessments, parent training, and supervision sessions.
- Collect and analyze client data to help optimize treatment plans.
- Assist in behavioral assessments and support RBTs and other staff members.
- Complete BCBA mock exams and participate in study groups to prepare for your certification.
- Collaborate with families and the clinical team to ensure consistent care.
What you'll need#
- RBT Certification with over 1000 hours of supervised practicum experience.
- Currently pursuing BCBA certification.
- Completion of a master’s degree, or expected completion within the next 6 months.
- A commitment to helping children with autism thrive.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
