About the role#
The Behavior Analyst in Training program offers a path to complete your supervised fieldwork hours while working full-time. You will work alongside experienced clinicians to prepare for your BCBA certification. Upon certification, you will be offered a BCBA position at one of our clinics in your region.
What you'll do#
- Implement ABA interventions and Behavior Intervention Plans for children with autism.
- Collect data and analyze client progress to refine treatment plans.
- Engage in applied practice across various clinical areas including assessments and parent training.
- Attend group supervision sessions to learn from experienced clinicians.
- Collaborate with families and the Mosaic team to ensure consistent treatment implementation.
- Assist in behavioral assessments and support other staff members.
- Complete student units, fieldwork hours, and mock exams as assigned.
What you'll need#
- RBT Certification with over 1000 hours of supervised practicum experience toward your BCBA certification.
- Completion of a master’s degree or anticipated completion within the next 6 months.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A desire to learn and grow your clinical skills.
- A passion for helping children with autism thrive.
