About the role#
Mosaic Pediatric Therapy is hiring for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst Practicum position. This role is designed for individuals pursuing their BCBA certification who want to gain supervised fieldwork hours while working in a clinical setting. This is a full-time, paid position that offers mentorship and training from experienced BCBA supervisors.
What you'll do#
- Engage in applied practice opportunities such as assessments, parent training, and supervision sessions.
- Implement ABA interventions and Behavior Intervention Plans for children with autism.
- Collect data and analyze client progress to help refine treatment plans.
- Assist in behavioral assessments and support other staff members.
- Attend group supervision sessions and participate in study groups to prepare for the BCBA exam.
- Collaborate with families and the clinical team to ensure consistent care.
What you'll need#
- RBT Certification.
- Over 1000 hours of supervised practicum experience.
- Completion of a master's degree or expected completion within 6 months.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A desire to learn and grow your clinical skills.
- Academic background in Psychology, Nursing, Public Health, or Kinesiology.
