About the role#
This is a paid, full-time Mechanical Engineering internship based in Los Angeles for Summer 2027. You will work alongside experienced consultants and project managers to develop your technical skills and gain a consultant mindset. This role provides a structured three-month experience focused on professional development and hands-on project involvement.
What you'll do#
- Design engineering solutions.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor progress.
- Participate in project and client meetings.
- Refine technical designs and project documentation.
- Analyze reports and technical specifications.
What you'll need#
- Current progress toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in the industry through previous internships, volunteering, or memberships in professional organizations.
- Proficient communication and presentation skills to engage with clients and colleagues.
- A methodical and pragmatic approach to problem solving.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
