About the role#
This internship is a three-month development program based in Los Angeles. You will work alongside experienced consultants and project managers to gain hands-on experience in the civil engineering field. This is a full-time, paid position for the summer of 2027.

What you'll need#
- Progress towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in the field through previous internships, volunteering, or organization memberships.
- Creative thinking skills with a methodical approach to problem solving.
- Proficient communication and presentation skills.
- A resilient, solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
- A collaborative spirit and commitment to teamwork.
Location & details#
- Location: Los Angeles, CA.
- Work Modality: Hybrid. You must be able to commute to the office. We maintain an in-office culture with a minimum of three days per week on-site.
