About the role#
This internship program offers students the chance to work on high-impact assignments within our Global Supply Chain and Value Chain organizations. The program lasts up to 12 weeks and focuses on providing real-world industry experience through challenging projects. You will work alongside teams to drive growth and contribute to our mission of improving patient lives.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
- Take on projects in areas such as demand planning, warehouse management, distribution, logistics, launch planning, data analytics, Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement, or mathematical optimization.
- Deliver insights to senior management.
- Participate in professional networking, coaching, and mentoring activities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a BS or MS program in Supply Chain, Logistics, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, Data Science, or Operations Research.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven leadership experience through academics, extracurriculars, previous internships, research, or military service.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Locations: West Point, Pennsylvania and Rahway, New Jersey.
- Term: Summer 2027.
