About the role#
This internship is part of the Future Talent Program and lasts up to 12 weeks. You will join the Research Labs Division to support strategic and operational initiatives within Global Clinical Supply. You will work alongside subject matter experts to gain exposure to the end-to-end clinical supply chain while developing your analytical and project management skills.
What you'll do#
- Lead high-impact projects that support Global Clinical Supply priorities.
- Analyze operational data and supply chain information to find improvement opportunities.
- Develop dashboards, reports, process maps, and business insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Planning, Quality, Logistics, Packaging, Digital, and Clinical Operations.
- Support project management tasks such as planning, risk identification, and progress tracking.
- Participate in continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
- Present data-backed recommendations to leadership teams.
- Contribute to process documentation and knowledge management.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's, Master's, PharmD, or PhD program.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Digital literacy and comfort working with data sets and business systems.
- Demonstrated leadership through academic, professional, or extracurricular activities.
- Interest in applying automation, analytics, or AI-enabled tools to business processes.
- Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, SAP, or machine learning concepts is a plus.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is based in Rahway, New Jersey, or West Point, Pennsylvania.
- This position follows a hybrid work model.
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
