About the role#
This internship is part of the Global Clinical Trial Operations (GCTO) team. You will work with regional leadership to support the efficient and ethical conduct of clinical trials. The program lasts up to 12 weeks during the summer of 2027 and includes one or more projects designed to provide professional development.
What you'll do#
- Lead or participate in projects that support regional clinical operations.
- Generate performance metrics and support resource management.
- Develop tools and communications to improve trial conduct.
- Assist with site and patient benchmarking activities.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Create a capstone presentation to showcase your work and deliverables.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time BS or BA program in Biology, Chemistry, Biomedical Sciences, Public Health, Nursing, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- Completion of at least 2 years of college by June 2027.
- Availability to work full-time for up to 12 weeks starting in May or June 2027.

- This role is based in North Wales, Pennsylvania, or Rahway, New Jersey.
- The work modality is hybrid.
- This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027.
