    About the role#

    This is a full-time internship for Fall 2026 based in San Diego, California. You will support the validation and characterization of RFICs using UltraCMOS technology for commercial and industrial applications. This position is paid.

    What you'll do#

    • Define, measure, analyze, and document product performance data.
    • Support the validation and characterization of RFICs.
    • Collaborate with test engineers to define, develop, and ramp production ATE solutions.

    What you'll need#

    • Bachelor or master degree in electrical engineering.
    • Hands-on experience with RF measurement equipment, including NF, phase noise, IP3, IP2, and smith charts.
    • A solid understanding of basic digital, analog, and RF circuit theory.
    • Proficiency with lab equipment such as DC power supplies, o-scopes, multi-meters, VNA, and signal generators.
    • Programming skills in Python or MATLAB.
