About the role#
The Indigenous Student Employment Program offers students practical work experience in research, development, engineering, and technology. You will work in a team-oriented environment alongside researchers and innovators across multiple fields. This program is designed to help you apply academic knowledge to real-world projects while gaining professional experience.

What you'll need#
- You must self-declare as an Indigenous person (First Nations, Inuit, or Métis).
- You have obtained a high school diploma or grade 12 equivalent.
- You are currently studying at a recognized educational institution and intend to return to full-time studies.
- You must have the ability to obtain Reliability Status.
Location & details#
- Positions are located in Ontario and other sites across Canada.
- Work arrangements include remote, on-site, and hybrid options depending on the role and operational requirements.
- These are paid, full-time positions with a term length of approximately sixteen weeks.
- Hiring is conducted on a rolling basis throughout the year.
