About the role#
This internship provides professional experience and industry insight within the Organizational Change Management department. You will work alongside professionals to gain an understanding of company operations, methodologies, and business philosophy. This is a full-time, paid position based in Columbus, Ohio.
What you'll do#
- Manage and complete assigned departmental projects.
- Partner with a mentor to set goals and track your progress.
- Support enterprise transformation through communications, engagement, training, and readiness activities.
- Translate business and technology concepts into clear, engaging communications for employees.
- Develop a working knowledge of company tools and operational approaches.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program working toward a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business Administration, Human Resources, or Marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with internet research.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
