    About the role#

    Technical Design interns work within a category or division under the guidance of a senior developer or manager. You will support the team in managing apparel fit and construction from the initial concept stage through to commercialization and final production. This is a full-time, 10-week paid internship.

    What you'll do#

    • Assist in creating and revising Tech Packs for assigned styles.
    • Maintain development documentation, including product specifications and prototype notes.
    • Help execute fit and construction standards to ensure product consistency.
    • Track and manage the prototyping process for styles to deliver tested products.
    • Identify and address challenges related to construction and manufacturing.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a program for Apparel Design, Pattern Making, Textile Science, Industrial Design, Art, or a related field.
    • A graduation date between December 2027 and Summer 2028.
    • A portfolio that showcases relevant work.
    • Basic knowledge of the development process, including pattern making, grading, construction, and manufacturing.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
    • Exposure to apparel CAD software like Optitex, Browzwear, or CLO3D is helpful.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    • This internship is based on-site at the company headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon.
