About the role#
This is a 10-week paid internship focused on operations within the Nike North America Distribution Centers. You will work on high-priority business initiatives under the guidance of senior leaders and managers. You will take ownership of a scoped project designed to challenge your critical thinking and contribute to team goals.
What you'll do#
- Conduct operational process improvements.
- Execute project deployments for new technology or capabilities.
- Improve information and data flows between business and operational partners.
- Analyze data to present findings and recommendations that drive business decisions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or Spring 2028.
- Background in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Analytics, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business, or Project Management.
- 0-2 years of work experience.
- Ability to work in a distribution center environment with varying shift schedules.
- Proficiency in supply chain analytics tools such as Tableau, SQL, Alteryx, VB, or Excel is preferred.
- Ability to analyze large data sets and apply statistical methods to identify root causes.
